Accuracy
Account and document information must be truthful
Users may not submit false identity details, misleading company records, fraudulent verification documents, impersonated profiles, or inaccurate job information.
Users must keep account and verification information reasonably current where it affects trust, safety, access, or legal compliance.
Data Use
Marketplace information must stay inside legitimate workflows
Users may not scrape, resell, export, misuse, or improperly share operator, company, application, message, verification, or support information.
Companies must use operator and applicant information only for legitimate recruitment, screening, placement, compliance, and communication purposes.
Safety
Abuse, fraud, harassment, and platform harm are prohibited
Users may not threaten, harass, spam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or use SecureGrid for unlawful purposes.
SecureGrid may restrict, suspend, or remove access where conduct creates legal, safety, security, fraud, or platform integrity risk.
SecureGrid may investigate, restrict, suspend, or remove access where use conflicts with this policy or creates platform, legal, security, or safety risk.
