SecureGrid
Privacy Policy
How SecureGrid stores, uses, and reviews operator account and verification data.
Account Data
Profile information supports access and hiring workflows
SecureGrid stores account identity details such as name, email address, phone number, role, account number, status, and profile settings so the service can function.
Operator profile data such as grade, location, registration references, and related account metadata may be used for verification, support, matching, and admin review.
Verification Files
Submitted documents are stored for compliance review
Identity, registration, training, competency, medical, and upgrade-related files may be stored in private SecureGrid storage for verification and account-review workflows.
Document metadata such as upload time, expiry date, status, and reviewer notes may also be retained to support compliance checks and manual review.
Marketplace Activity
Applications, messages, and account actions may be retained
Applications, messages, subscription records, and key account actions may be used to support hiring workflows, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, and protect platform integrity.
Essential service notifications may still be sent even if optional notification preferences are turned off.
Access Control
Data visibility is limited by role and review permissions
SecureGrid is intended to expose profile and application data only to the relevant user, authorized employers, and authorized administrators according to account role and workflow needs.
Private verification files should only be accessible to the account owner and authorized reviewers.
Retention
Records may be kept for operational, security, and legal reasons
SecureGrid may retain account, verification, and activity data for support, fraud prevention, audit history, compliance review, and lawful business operations.
Retention, deletion, correction, and access requests can be raised through support and are handled subject to identity verification, platform security, legal obligations, and operational record-keeping needs.
Privacy requests can be raised through SecureGrid support. SecureGrid may verify the requester before changing, releasing, or deleting account information.
