Terms of Service

SecureGrid is designed for security operators, recruiters, security businesses, and platform administrators operating within the private security industry.

A basic account can exist in an unverified or unpaid state, but some marketplace features may stay limited until verification and any required subscription steps are complete.

Operator accounts may be marked as pending, active, suspended, rejected, or otherwise limited depending on profile completeness, review outcomes, and document status.

SecureGrid may request additional information if details are incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or appear misleading.

SecureGrid may request registration records, identity documents, grade or training evidence, firearm competency records, medical evidence, and other supporting files before an operator is treated as verified.

Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. Reviewers may request clearer copies, updated records, or further proof before changing your status.

If a required document expires and is not replaced in time, your verified status or access level may be reduced until updated documents are reviewed.

SecureGrid may offer paid, sponsored, or onboarding access for operators. Published plan prices and billing rules apply only when self-serve payment is enabled for the account.

Where self-serve billing is unavailable, marketplace access may be activated through an admin annual grant or another approved access path recorded on the account.

You may not upload fraudulent records, impersonate another person, misuse employer or candidate information, or use SecureGrid in a way that harms the platform or other users.

SecureGrid may suspend, restrict, or remove access where abuse, fraud, safety concerns, or repeated policy violations are detected.

SecureGrid provides marketplace, verification, messaging, and support tools. SecureGrid does not employ, pay, supervise, manage, or control operators as staff.

Employment terms, contracts, wages, scheduling, supervision, workplace rules, and statutory employer duties remain the responsibility of the hiring company and the operator.
